Ingredients
100g Margarine
100g Castor Sugar
25ml Golden Syrup
150g Rolled Oats
Makes approximately 15.
· Grease a 20cm square, shallow tin. Set the oven at 175ºC.
· Melt the butter, add sugar and syrup. Blend well.
· Stir in the oats and press mixture into prepared tin.
· Bake for 25 minutes and cut into squares while still warm.
Important!
Cut whilst still warm, else it will be too hard when cooled down.
