Butternut/Carrots/Pumpkin with a hint of spice

1 Butternut or Packet of Carrots or 1 Pumpkin
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 splodge of Golden Syrup
2 teaspoons Ginger Spice
3 teaspoons of Brown Sugar

Peel, Slice, Dice butternut/carrots/pumpkin into a pot of cold water. Add the rest of the ingredients, cook for 30 minutes, when cooked add a little bit of Parsley and serve hot.
